Our Policies (Please read before purchasing tickets)

  • - Our policy is that you must be 20 and over to enter all-night events. There will be ID checks at the entrance. Please be sure to bring your photo ID that indicates your age. (We are unable to cancel or refund tickets after they have been purchased.)
  • Re-entrance is not permitted.
  • We apologize in advance that we may have to limit the number of people to enter the venue in case the venue is overcrowded.
  • Performers may be changed due to reasons outside our control. In such event, however, we are unable to refund tickets. (We are unable to re-issue lost or damaged tickets.)
  • We will ask you to leave if you are causing disturbances to others, or not following instructions of our staff members, etc. In such event, we are unable to refund tickets.
  • Please do not wear clothing that may intimidate others. We may not be able to permit your entrance.
  • Large number of audience is expected on the day of event. Please confirm the locations of emergency exits upon your arrival.
  • Use of camera, video camera, tape recorder, mobile phone with recorder to photograph the performers or record their performances will not be permitted. If such instruments are found inside the venue, we may keep them during the performances and delete data, or ask you to leave.
  • No bottles, cans, dangerous items, or any items forbidden under laws and regulations are allowed in the venue.
  • No alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought into the venue.
  • No pets are allowed in the venue (except for service dogs).
  • We ask that you keep your belongings closely at your own responsibility.
  • The organizer, the venue, or the participating artists will not be responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen objects.
  • The organizer will not be responsible for any injuries that occurred at your own responsibility. In case of accidents or injuries, etc. you incur on third parties, the organizer will not take any part in the resolution of such incidents. Parties concerned will fully responsible to resolve such incidents.
  • Please do not litter.
  • Please smoke in the designated areas, as required by the Fire Protection Law.
  • Please do not visit us by car. Please use public transportation.
  • Please do not park illegally or cause disturbances to residents in the area. Cars parked illegally will block emergency vehicles, etc. and will be towed by the police.
  • If there are any suspicious objects or persons, please notify staff members near you.
